Re: WTF Group & 26 Soho Street

We had a lease pending with another property manager, and when it fell through at the last minute, we were in a big hurry to make alternate arrangements. Fortunately, WTF was very responsive to our needs. We were able to negotiate a move-in date on very short notice, and WTF did an excellent job of preparing our suite on time, including paint, refinished floors, and custom construction. The people at WTF were a pleasure to deal with, and the building is just great. We’re very pleased with our space, and would highly recommend WTF.

Re:  WTF Group & 130 Spadina Avenue

Silverback Media has occupied office space at 130 Spadina Avenue since October, 2006. 

On behalf of Silverback, I would like to take the opportunity to let you know how pleased we have been with WTF Group and its staff. 

The building is lovely, full of character and very well maintained. The WTF staff are a joy to deal with and are always quick to address any requests we might have.  As a fast growing company, I would also like to mention Honor and Jennifer, who have been instrumental in helping Silverback expand its office space.

WTF Group as a Landlord is the most organized and friendly I have dealt with.
